At Discraft Factory Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unthrown condition with original tags and packaging still intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a tracked shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
